ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Order Processing Time

Most of Linen-Kingdom.com orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days of their receipt (i.e. 5-7 working days from the moment your credit card is approved; excluding weekends and national holidays). This is conditioned by the fact that most of our orders are custom-made. Please be advised that Linen-Kingdom.com does NOT guarantee delivery on or before any specific date. Urgent or scheduled order processing is available upon request. If there are specific deadlines to be met, make sure you indicate them in the "Comments" when placing your order.

Most of our orders are shipped out from our USA fulfillment center located in Philadelphia, PA. Orders are mailed either via International Airmail or Express Mail Service (EMS Russian Post).

 

  • International Airmail (15-40 business days)
    Regular International Airmail is a registered method of delivery that requires signature for delivery. Delivery normally takes 15-40 business days, but may take longer during holiday times (e.g.: Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.). Shipping and handling charges are based solely on the weight of your parcel and estimated automatically at your shopping cart page.

     

  • DHL (7-15 business days)
    DHL shipments are arranged via DHL Express, Inc. and are the quickest method of delivery we offer. Delivery normally takes 7-15 business days, but may take longer during holiday times (e.g.: Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.). Shipping and handling charges are based solely on the weight of your parcel and estimated automatically at your shopping cart page.

 

Tracking of your orders shipping

All of our orders are supplied with tracking numbers. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number, which allows you to monitor the status of your order at postal services websites.

 

Exchange & Return policy

Every Linen-Kingdom.com garment is custom handmade according to your order specification or customization options. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or exchange it for another size or color. Nevertheless, all exchanges must be pre-authorized by the Linen-Kingdom.com manager. Upon Linen-Kingdom.com exchange approval, simply send the item back to the address it came from. The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

Linen-Kingdom.com will offer an appropriate exchange when the garment is returned in original and resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects) within 7 days of original receipt.

  • Wrong address - If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse in Moscow, Russia. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed order - Unclaimed shipments are returned to our warehouse in Moscow, Russia, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

  • Returned by Customer - Customers regretting a purchase must contact us and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

  • Shipping costs and returns due to delays to specific dates are not refundable.
